Privacy policy
We are transparent about the data we need to run SceneGo and what we do not do.
What we collect
Account and contact — such as your email and name, when you sign in or make a purchase.
Billing — when you pay, our payment partner (e.g. Stripe) processes card details. We receive payment status, identifiers, and limited billing metadata, not your full card number stored in our app database in the way a processor does.
Usage and access — information needed to deliver features (for example, which pass or product you have) and to protect the service (for example, sign-in and entitlement checks).
Technical and device — such as a browser session, a device identifier we generate or you provide for continuity, and logs needed to debug issues and keep accounts safe.
Location — when you use features that need location, that processing happens in the app flow you chose; we do not sell your precise location to advertisers.
Support communications
When you email us, we keep the thread as long as needed to resolve the issue and meet legal or business requirements.
How we use data
We use data to provide, secure, and improve the service, process purchases, meet legal duties, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information as a data broker product.
Service providers
We rely on vetted providers for payment, email, and hosting. They process data under instructions and contracts appropriate to their role.
Security
We use industry-appropriate technical and organizational measures. No system is 100% secure; if we discover a significant issue, we will take steps in line with applicable law.
Your choices
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to some processing. Contact us to exercise these rights, and we will respond in line with applicable law.
Children
SceneGo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without parental authority where required.
Changes
We may update this policy; we will post the new version here with an updated "Last updated" line.
