Refund & cancellation policy
Plain-language rules for canceling a renewal, requesting a refund, and what happens to access if a refund is approved.
Overview
SceneGo offers a free highway corridor experience and paid options such as Day Pass, 4-Day Trip, and Ontario Annual (naming and availability may vary by market). Subscriptions and one-time passes are treated differently for cancellation and refund.
Subscriptions (e.g. Ontario Annual)
You can cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund fees already collected for the current or past terms unless required by law or expressly approved by us in writing.
One-time passes (e.g. Day Pass, 4-Day Trip)
One-time passes and similar access are generally not "cancelable" for a refund after you have activated or used access, or after the access window has materially begun in line with the product you bought.
Refund eligibility
We may consider a refund request for a one-time product only when it is submitted before meaningful use or activation, and within a short window from purchase—subject to our review, payment-network rules, and fraud checks. This is not a guarantee of a refund; each case is reviewed individually.
Non-refundable situations (examples)
- Access that has already been used or consumed under the product terms
- Abuse, chargeback fraud, or breach of the Acceptable use or Terms
- Requests made after a stated eligibility window, where one applies
If a refund is approved
We may revoke or end the related entitlements, passes, or access. Already-issued access (for example, signed media URLs) may remain usable until it expires; new access is blocked once revocation is applied on our side.
Billing & merchant of record
Your card or bank statement may show Loomshield (our parent company) or another descriptor our payment partner assigns. That does not change that you are using SceneGo as the product experience.
