The more context you share, the faster we can help.

Please email chris@scenego.ca and include when possible:

  • Device and browser (e.g. iPhone Safari, Android Chrome, desktop)
  • Route, city, or POI you were near
  • What you expected vs. what happened
  • Approximate date and time (with time zone)
  • Screenshots or short screen recording if you can

We will follow up as soon as we can, usually within a few business days.

Urgent payment disputes may also be raised with your card issuer; we will still work with you when you contact us.
